Environmentally Sensitive Mosquito Control

In recognition of World Mosquito Day, this hybrid event explored innovative and sustainable approaches to mosquito control, bringing together scientific research and social enterprise. The session focused on both biological insights into mosquito ecology and the development of accessible, preventative public health solutions through design and entrepreneurship. Attendees learned about the environmental impacts of traditional mosquito control, the role of microbiomes in mosquito biology, and creative ways to tackle mosquito-borne diseases.
