M12RT Site Visit

HEI hosted an exclusive guided site visit of the M1 Pacific Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace, a Critical State Significant Infrastructure project. 

The tour was led by the John Holland / Gamuda Joint Venture, delivering the southern 10 km from Black Hill to Tomago, and Seymour Whyte, delivering the northern 5 km Heatherbrae Bypass.

Attendees gained a rare behind-the-scenes look at one of the Hunter’s most significant infrastructure projects, with insights into the environmental challenges encountered during construction and the innovative techniques being applied to deliver it.

The visit concluded with afternoon tea and light refreshments, giving participants the chance to network and discuss what they had seen.
